Vernon Diner is hands down one of my favorite diners in Connecticut.

Funny enough, as many times as I’ve eaten here, I only have pictures from one visit and a short clip from another. I don’t even have a picture of the scrumptious slice of cheesecake I had during my first visit. That cheesecake is really what kept me coming back.

A friend of mine once lived close by, so we would go there for the occasional brunch to catch up.

It was always a variation of eggs & a side of iced coffee.

Maybe one day I’ll pay a visit for old times’ sake.
