Exploring Connecticut: Hamilton Park

At the start of Memorial Day weekend, I paid a visit to Hamilton Park. It was such beautiful day out and I wanted to spend some time by the pond.

Hamilton Park is located in Waterbury, Connecticut. Southeast of the downtown area.

It was founded in 1898 and is the oldest city park in Waterbury.

I was surprised that there weren’t too many people there. Especially since it was a holiday weekend. But then again, that could also be the reason why it was so empty.

Although I just stayed mainly by the pond, the park also has a playground, swimming pool, sports field, and other amenities.
