Earlier in the spring, I visited Elizabeth Park which is located in West Hartford, Connecticut.

Although the address for the park is listed in West Hartford, it is on the boarder of Hartford and parts of it stretch across both sides.

Elizabeth Park is open year-round from sunrise to sunset with no admission fee.

I spent the first half of my visit walking around the area behind the Pond House Cafe.

The view was absolutely beautiful. No wonder it is used as a wedding venue.

Lastly, I went by the pond near the bridge and watched the geese swim around for a while.
